Dance to the Music!
Just before half term a spectacular band, headed by Susanna Lloyd and her colleagues from the Manchester-based Artful Playground music/drama company, made a welcome return visit to Hazelbeck having visited and played for us last term.
Their music was very varied and our students responded really well to the upbeat tempos and immersive musical scenarios.
All the classes across school were able to take part, some students spontaneously jumped up to dance, some grabbed a partner to dance with! Everyone enjoyed listening to and taking part in the concert. It was wonderful to have the band back in school and to watch our students enjoying the opportunity to express themselves through dance. Well done everybody!
