Yellow Base students have been involved in making a variety of Enterprise products to sell to the wider school community over the past few months. The sessions were organised to enable the students to develop invaluable independent and organisational skills which will support them ultimately to make life choices for their future. Students developed their skills during Community access, choosing and buying products for their Enterprise sessions. They made suggestions about the types of foods products they wanted to make and sell and took part in the meticulous preparation of the products, including discussing suitable pricing, product presentation and how to approach, using the correct language, new and existing customers. Guided by our diligent staff, Yellow Base students prepared and sold delicious food on a weekly basis.

We would like to thank all those people around Hazelbeck and the wider campus community who have supported our students to develop these important skills. Thank you from all our Yellow Base Students for being part of this important process by buying their products and encouraging their enterprise.
