RE Week - Hinduism
As part of this term's RE week, students from Key Stages 3 and 4 and Sixth Form joined together for our Hinduism celebration day.
Students took part in a carousel of themed activities including making Hindu sweets, Hindu art, making glass cookies and candle holders, dancing and light prism art. Students really enjoyed taking part in the activities and having the opportunity to interact with other students throughout the school. The whole school took part in workshops provided by Chiragi
Solanki based on traditional and modern Bollywood dancing. The final performance was by the Trishool Dance Academy danced for the whole school as a performing event to close a very successful RE week which highlighted culture, customs and religious ceremonies of Hinduism.
